We are recommended this harness which we transition to almost immediately from her head halter. It is easy to remove, and also less stressful to put on for our dog who would usually try to run away from any forms of leashes, collars & harnesses. We love that the harness is designed with a front chest attachment, which puts pressure across the chest for redirection & pulling.
Our family placed our Fur-Child AJ (a toy poodle) at Paw Favor over several days as we had a short break in Malaysia. As our dog is fairly old in dog age, we hoped AJ can adapt to a new boarding environment with other dogs over several days. We are extremely happy and appreciative to Jennie and family at Paw Favor for their wonderful love and care of the pets under their care. AJ was settled, happy and had a wonderful time mixing with other dogs. Jennie is experienced and knowledgeable in managing how the dogs interact and even ensure AJ gets enough of his usual needed naps. AJ enjoyed his daily walks and Jennie was excellent in updating us with photos and videos of AJ. We were so assured and happy to see him so well adjusted at Paw Favor in a home environment. Definitely top recommended boarder and their personal attention, detailed observations and care of the dogs are really impressive.

My furkid just returned home after boarding for 3 weeks with Jennie and he definitely enjoyed himself with the other dogs at daycare. This is my first time boarding my senior boy at Jennie’s place. I was initially very worried about how he’ll cope being away from home for >1week as he is very attached to us. Jennie & her hubby took very good care of my boy. He settled down quickly and was comfortable at Jennie’s place. From the photos & video updates, he enjoyed his staycation making doggie friends & going for walks. We’re able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about him. Thanks to Jennie & her hubby!

We boarded our dog, Summer at Paw Favor for 3 days stay, Summer is very attached to us and we were abit of worries at first, however with Jennie full attentive care to her, and update us on Summer's daily activities' photos, we know we can totally rely on her to take care of her without any worries. It was a good boarding experience for our pawkid as well as us, as Jennie is a very experienced boarder. We had gotten our pawkid after planning our trip and chanced upon Jennie’s profile. Reading all the positive 5-star reviews made us feel at ease immediately. Jennie suggested a pre-boarding meeting to check out suitability and to see if our pawkid will be able to adapt. Leaving an almost untrained puppy with her for almost a week and bring back a puppy trained with leash walking is amazing. Jennie also provides us with daily videos and photos updates. She also updates us on our pawkid’s appetite and behaviour. Highly recommended if you are looking for an experienced and responsible boarder!

Once again excellent service by Jennie and Mun Dart. This time we left our daughter Cherry with Pawfavor for 11 nights. One day before handover Cherry fell sick but I was less stressed as I knew she will be very well taken care by Jennie and Mun Dart. Their regular updates, photos and videos kept us connected with Cherry even while we were far away. With no question asked we will keep our Cherry with Jennie again when we have to travel as we trust them completely with our dog.
